Do you want to change your life? My mission is to help women drive change through coaching; improving your relationships, careers and overall well being.
Together, we uncover new insights, drive new habits and behaviours, hit new goals, and develop more self-confidence. We work in a collaborative way by removing self limiting beliefs and understanding the stories that inhibit you, so that you can face the future with optimism. All in line with your true values.
How does it work?
Step 1
Book in your free consultation session so we can get to know one another and I can answer any questions you may have. We’ll discuss when is a good time and day for you to have your coaching sessions, what your goals are for the sessions and your payment plan. You will be sent a brief contract to sign which sets out how we will work together.
Step 2
We’ll have our first coaching session which can be done online or face to face in Sevenoaks (Kent) or Victoria Park (London). They usually last 60 minutes. We’ll explore the change you want to make to your life and co-create an action plan. I’ll be asking you some thought provoking questions to help you drive the change you want to see.
Step 3
We’ll have your next session where we’ll revisit your action plan, discuss anything new that’s come up since we last spoke and take the opportunity to dive deeper into your values, thought patterns and beliefs. We’ll work together until you feel you have completed your goal and can move forward with confidence!
