Hello! I’m an award-winning executive who has been working in marketing / HR for high growth tech companies for almost 20 years, spending thousands of hours coaching people through change.

Banish bad relationships: I am a trustee at a domestic abuse charity and have extensively studied women’s rights (if you feel like you’re not being listened to by all walks of society, that’s because you are not)! I have raised over £1,000 for Women’s Aid as a cause I am passionate about. It is possible to completely rewire who you find attractive and find a fulfilling relationship.

Banish bad bosses: I am an executive with vast experience in high growth tech companies. I’m also a mother to two young boys and understand the complexity for women in today’s workplace. Once again, I believe you can take control of your own career and find an option which truly fulfils you.

Banish bad habits: Whether it’s setting yourself a new fitness goal, saving up to buy a new purchase or quitting a bad habit, we can work together to drive change.

Throughout my life, I’ve been inspired by the incredible women I've met. I’ve also spent much time reflecting on the common barriers which prevent us from taking true control of our destiny. That needs to change and while we wait for society to catch up, that change starts with us. 

I’ve undertaken the Animas Transformational Coaching Diploma, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the European Mentoring & Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching and is recognised across the world for its rigour and standards.
